Winter is coming

I still get a childish excitement when the snow comes. It can be difficult getting out and about in the Peak District when the roads get closed. The other week, we had a bit of snow, but not enough to make it too dangerous to drive in my little Vauxhall Corsa. I popped out to Hollinsclough to see what pictures I could get of Chrome hill. I also took the chance to visit my favourite barn owl at Chatterley Whitfield.
